Return Policy
PRODUCT RETURNS: Please initiate a return within 30 days of receipt to request a return label. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must me unused, original packaging, and free of pet hair and perfumes. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Final sale items are non-returnable.
Fabric: Our fabric by the yard is printed to order and non-returnable. We insist that you order a swatch before ordering yardage as colors on screen can appear different than in person! There is a 3 yard minimum and a 4-6 lead time. Fabric can be printed in continuous yardage for up to 18 yards and ships rolled on a core.
Wallpaper: Because our wallpaper is printed to order and non returnable, we insist that you order a swatch for approval. We also require that your installer measure and determine yardage requirements before ordering to ensure that you have the correct amount for your project as dye lots may vary. There is 5 yard minimum a 6 week lead time for wallpaper orders. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
