Return Policy
PRODUCT RETURNS: Please initiate a return within 30 days of receipt to request a return label. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must me unused, original packaging, and free of pet hair and perfumes. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Final sale items are non-returnable.
Fabric: Our fabric by the yard is printed to order and non-returnable. We insist that you order a swatch before ordering yardage as colors on screen can appear different than in person! There is a 3 yard minimum and a 4-6 lead time. Fabric can be printed in continuous yardage for up to 18 yards and ships rolled on a core.
Wallpaper: Because our wallpaper is printed to order and non returnable, we insist that you order a swatch for approval! We also request that your installer measure before ordering yardage to ensure that you have the proper amount for your project. There is 5 yard minimum a 6-8 week lead time for wallpaper orders. All orders under 30 yds incur a $75 set-up fee. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
